I’m too busy to post again, but my friends aren’t. Check out some of the recent blog entries that are simply phenomenal:
Travis Taylor, a good friend from the New Hampshire MFA days, has decided to perform a social experiment of sorts: he’s wearing a bow tie every day this month. And he’s documenting all the reactions he’s getting.
Mallary Tenore, with whom I edited the PC campus newspaper, keeps a great blog about trends in journalism, but sometimes branches out into memoir. She recently posted a personal essay which is honest, courageous, and inspiring.
Meleah Paull, fellow Fulbrighter and Ljubljana roommate, is living in Moscow and recently visited Israel. Seems she can’t seem to get rid of the sand from Tel Aviv... and maybe doesn’t want to.
Thanks for mentioning my essay, Kristina! I enjoyed reading the two other posts you featured, too.
Aw… Thanks for the plug, dear!
